These terms govern access to the Wiplo website, accounts, content, products, ordering and related services. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these terms and the linked policies.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be legally capable of entering a contract and provide accurate, current information. You are responsible for safeguarding account credentials and activity under your account. Notify us promptly of suspected unauthorised access.

Products and safe use

Product descriptions, images and packaging are presented as accurately as reasonably possible, but screen colours and packaging may vary. Always read the product label, ingredients, directions, warnings and batch information. Wiplo wipes are for external use, must not be flushed, and should be kept away from children where accidental ingestion or choking may occur.

Website content is general product information and is not medical advice. Stop use and seek appropriate professional advice if irritation or an adverse reaction occurs.

Prices, payment and taxes

Prices are displayed in Indian rupees unless stated otherwise and may change without notice. Applicable taxes, discounts, shipping and payment charges are shown during checkout. Payment must be authorised by the selected provider.

Orders

An order is an offer to purchase. We may accept, limit or cancel an order because of stock, pricing or description errors, suspected fraud, payment failure, delivery restrictions or other reasonable operational concerns. If payment was captured for a cancelled order, the applicable amount will be refunded.

Shipping, returns and refunds

Shipping, cancellation, return and refund requests are governed by our Shipping, Returns & Refunds policy, including special restrictions for opened personal-hygiene products.

Acceptable use

You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, introduce harmful code, scrape or disrupt services, impersonate others, submit unlawful material, or use the service in a manner that infringes rights or law.

Intellectual property

Wiplo names, logos, artwork, product presentation, photographs, text and website materials are owned by or licensed to Wiplo and may not be reproduced or commercially used without prior written permission, except where law permits.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, Wiplo is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss, third-party services, or delays outside reasonable control. Any liability relating to a product or order is limited as permitted by applicable consumer law.

Changes, governing law and contact

We may update these terms when products, services or legal requirements change. Updated terms apply from publication. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to competent courts in Jharkhand, subject to mandatory consumer rights.
