From material to finished pack
Our quality-control approach
Consistent quality depends on more than a front-of-pack claim. These are the control areas Wiplo expects to document across sourcing, manufacture and release.
01
Ingredient review
Formula ingredients, intended purpose and supplier information are reviewed before production use.
02
Material checks
Non-woven material, wipe dimensions, absorption and strength are checked against the approved specification.
03
Microbiological controls
Hygiene controls and applicable finished-product testing help manage microbiological quality.
04
pH and formulation
The finished formulation is checked against its approved product specification and documented tolerance.
05
Seal integrity
Pack seals, lid closure and moisture retention are checked to support the product throughout its shelf life.
06
Batch traceability
Manufacturing details, batch information and applicable release records support investigation and traceability.
Understanding our claims
Clear language helps parents make informed choices. Open each item to understand how we use common baby-care terms.
What does “clinically tested” mean?
It means the stated product characteristic has been evaluated using an identified test method or study. The exact scope, population, laboratory and conclusion belong in the supporting report—not in a broader implied medical promise.
Does “hypoallergenic” guarantee no reaction?
No. Sensitive-skin and hypoallergenic language does not guarantee that every person will avoid a reaction. Review the complete ingredient list, stop use if irritation occurs and seek professional advice when needed.
What should I check on the pack?
Read the ingredient declaration, warnings, directions, manufacturer details, batch information and shelf-life statement. Store the pack as directed and close the lid after use.
Are wipes flushable?
No. Dispose of used wipes in a waste bin. Do not flush them, even when a wipe feels soft or dispersible.
